Delivery Policy
At Olivia’s Garden, we take great care in preparing and delivering every floral order. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our delivery policy below.
Delivery Area
We offer flower delivery throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). If your delivery address falls outside our standard service area, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and any applicable additional fees.
Delivery Times
- Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 11:00 AM EST, Monday through Saturday.
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered on the next business day or on a future date selected at checkout.
- We do not offer delivery on Sundays or statutory holidays, unless otherwise noted during peak occasions such as Mother’s Day.
Delivery Window
While we do our best to accommodate preferences, we are unable to guarantee exact delivery times. Most deliveries are completed between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
For time-sensitive deliveries, please contact us at 647-936-6663 prior to placing your order so we can advise on availability.
Third-Party Couriers
• To help us serve more areas efficiently, we may use trusted third-party delivery partners for some orders.
• While we always do our best to ensure timely delivery, once an order is with a third-party courier, delivery timing may be affected by traffic, weather, route delays, or courier scheduling.
• For this reason, we are unable to guarantee exact delivery times.
Recipient Availability
Please ensure the recipient is available to receive the delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery:
- Flowers may be left at the door, with a concierge, or with a neighbour, at our discretion.
- A re-delivery or delivery reattempt may result in an additional fee.
Incorrect or Incomplete Information
Kindly double-check all delivery details before submitting your order. Olivia’s Garden is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses, missing unit numbers, inaccurate contact information, or an unreachable recipient.
Delivery Changes, Delays & Order Adjustments
While we always aim to deliver on the selected date and within the expected timeframe, we reserve the right to adjust delivery dates or times, or to cancel an order, due to circumstances including but not limited to:
- Severe weather or unsafe conditions
- Delivery access restrictions
- Operational or staffing changes
- Supply availability or quality concerns
- Events beyond our reasonable control
If adjustments or cancellations are necessary, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and discuss alternative arrangements when available.
Weather Conditions & Unforeseen Delays
During periods of severe weather or unforeseen events, delivery may be delayed for safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the well-being of our team and the quality of your flowers.
