Refund Policy

REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL - For delivery fees, as well as for any loss, damage, delay, non-delivery, misdelivery, or failure to perform, brought on by circumstances beyond our control, such as but not limited to, any act, default, or omission on the part of the gift sender/customer, gift recipient, or any other party with an interest in the delivery, flaws or inherent vice in the delivery, acts of God, dangers of the air, weather conditions, mechanical delays, car accidents, disruptions in (including customs or health officials).

CHANGE OF MIND or PERSONAL TASTE - When a customer "changes their mind" after placing an order or when preferences in personal taste differ.

ORDER CHANGES - Order modifications made fewer than two days before the day the gifts or gift baskets are to be delivered will be processed for delivery. During holiday times, seven days are needed. NOTE: We will try our best to accommodate you if you need modifications outside of this time frame, but we cannot guarantee them or issue refunds in such cases. Please call us if you need adjustments.

NOT AS DESCRIBED & SUBSTITUTIONS - The general theme and style are shown by the photographs of the arrangements. In order to keep the overall tone and emotion of the chosen arrangement, the designer is permitted to make reasonable substitutions of flower or container kinds or colours based on availability and season. Any changes will reflect a value that is equal to or greater than what was originally shown.

DAMAGE INSPECTIONS – Before every bouquet leaving Olivia’s Garden we will check its condition and make sure there is no damage. We have the right to inspect any delivery that is the subject of a damage claim. f the customer agrees to hold onto the delivery and packaging at our request for inspection, the customer must do so for a minimum of five days. The claim could be rejected if the delivery and packaging are not kept for inspection.

Flowers are a natural phenomenon, and occasionally they exhibit behaviour that is unpredictable. Give us a call and we'll see what we can do if you believe your arrangement has done something unexpected that isn't making you smile.
